What is it? Step into another dimension with our cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) gaming experiences! Featuring highly immersive games powered by the latest technology, perfect for collaborative teamwork or thrilling competitive play.

Where can it be hosted? Delivered at any location within London and the home counties. All you will need is a room with space to move freely and access to car parking on site or close by.

How long is it? From 90 minutes - this can be adjusted based on your requirements.

How many guests? Up to 50 participants.

How much is it? From £350 + VAT for 90 mins per group of 12 (or one headset) - plus travel costs. Please enquire for a quote based on your chosen game(s) duration and location.

 What are the options?

Free Play Walk-Up.

This option is perfect for a more flexible, casual setting where guests can have a turn at a single or two player game at their own pace, or play alongside a colleague. They can try as many experiences as they like, with unlimited attempts, creating a relaxed and free-flowing atmosphere. Each game lasts a few minutes, so guests can rotate and take turns. We suggest running a fun competition alongside a 2-3 hour free-play experience. There are three games included:

  • Beat Saber: a music-based game where players use two virtual sabres to slice through moving blocks in time with the beat - there will be a scoreboard to see who are the top scoring players!

  • Cook-Out: two players can play simultaneously, collaborating to prepare sandwiches under time pressure. It’s fast-paced, chaotic, and guaranteed to spark laughter.

  • Plank Experience: players walk out onto a virtual plank suspended from a high-rise building. Simple yet entertaining, it’s as fun to watch as it is to play, making it a crowd favourite.

Team Game: Bomb Defuse.

This is a race against the clock - this 60-120 minute game involves teams of 10 competing to defuse the bomb.

Participants will be divided into teams and each team will be tasked with solving a series of puzzles to uncover clues to disarm the bomb. Within each team, you will have the ‘experts’, these players have the manual and the knowledge needed to defuse it. The ‘defuser’ will not have these instructions, they are alone in the virtual world with the bomb. They rely on the team of ‘experts’ to think critically, act fast and communicate clearly to help them defuse the bomb before time runs out.

  • A maximum of 50 people can play at one time.

  • One team member wears the VR headset, while others take on roles such as logistics and forensics.

  • Roles rotate so everyone gets to experience the headset.

  • Teams compete to be the fastest.

Combine Both.

Mix things up with multiple games:

  • VR Bomb Defusal: Participants will form teams of 8–9 and compete to diffuse bombs in the quickest time. Each team will have 60 minutes to tackle as many bombs as possible, rotating through different roles.

  • Beat Saber: While some teams are in the bomb experience, others can jump into Beat Saber, a fast-paced 3-minute game with quick turnover. A leaderboard will track high scores, adding an extra competitive edge.

  • Walk the Plank: This free-play experience offers a fun and immersive VR moment, perfect for entertaining both participants and spectators. A large screen will display the action for everyone to enjoy.
