How is it hosted? The workshop is fully facilitated by an experienced creative strategist who guides the group through reflection, imagination and action. The session balances structured prompts with spacious creative time, ensuring participants feel both supported and free to explore.

What does vision boarding entail?
Vision boarding is not arts and crafts. It’s creative strategy. It is a guided, sensory experience designed to help individuals and teams translate abstract ambitions into something visible, tangible and actionable. By stepping beyond bullet points and into imagery, texture and metaphor, we unlock a deeper layer of thinking. We move from “what we should do” to “what we truly want to create.”
Instead of relying purely on logic, we engage the subconscious through: imagery, colour, texture, words and metaphor. Research in neuroscience shows that visualisation strengthens motivation, increases goal commitment and improves follow-through. When we see something regularly, we prime our brain to notice opportunities aligned with it.

Build individual vision boards to envision personal goals for the year ahead.
What it entails
Each participant builds their individual vision board: a personal canvas of imagery, texture and intuition.
Tables will be spread with magazines, pre-curated imagery, fabric swatches, colour cards, words, and glue sticks. Participants are guided through reflective prompts to help clarify what they want to call in and what they may need to release.
Halfway through, there is optional partner sharing to spark inspiration and perspective.
The goal isn’t perfection, it’s resonance. Capturing what feels alive for your next chapter. There is spacious time to explore what truly captivates you, rather than rushing to “complete” something.
Professional.
Session objectives
Create individual professional vision boards focused on career development, leadership identity and impact within the organisation.
What it entails
Each participant creates a professional vision board centred on their professional journey, strengths and weaknesses, impact and energy they want to bring.
Tables will be spread with magazines, pre-curated imagery, fabric swatches, colour cards, words, and glue sticks. Creative materials are provided, and participants are supported in translating abstract career goals into powerful visual metaphors.
Again, it is not about artistic ability. It is about clarity and courage.

Alongside personal or professional boards, teams can create one large collective vision board representing the year ahead.
What it entails
The group shifts from individual thinking to collective imagination.
Through facilitated prompts, the team explores ideas like:
What do we want to be known for?
What will our clients or customers feel?
What impact are we here to create?
What does success look and feel like?
Small groups brainstorm around key pillars (for example: Culture, Innovation, Community, Impact, Growth) before merging their contributions into one shared board.
The collective board is then reflected upon. This process surfaces alignment, creative tension and new possibilities.
