What is it? This is a virtual team building origami workshop perfect for beginners, led by our origami artist. A live, beginner-friendly introduction to origami and the perfect first taste of paper folding. Your host guides the group step by step from their very first fold, with a professional two-camera setup so everyone can clearly follow along.
What does it include?
What do you get? Equipment can be provided prior to the workshops or there is an option to source your own materials. All you need is a few sheets of A4 or Letter-sized printer paper.
What is the duration? Choose from a 30 or 60-minute session. The number and selection of models will vary depending on the session length.
How is it hosted? Hosted on zoom or a video platform of your choice.

Introduction to Origami.
Bring your team together for a mindful folding session. Start with a simple heart before learning fundamental folds and classic origami bases. You’ll then put your new skills into practice with a selection of animals, practical pieces and playful designs such as a fox, shirt, yacht, Sanbo box and super spinner. Models can be tailored to suit your group.
30 or 60-minute session
30 minutes: Learn 3 origami models
60 minutes: Learn 4 to 5 origami models
Use simple A4 or Letter-sized printer paper, bring your own origami paper, or opt for prepared kits
Designs can include hearts, fox, mountains, yacht, etc.
Origami Inspired Giftwrap Workshop.
Give your gift-wrapping skills a creative upgrade with a practical origami-inspired session designed to help you wrap beautifully for Christmas and beyond. Learn the 3 B’s of professional gift wrapping: Box, Bottle and Book, with techniques that can be used throughout the festive season and all year round. Along the way, you’ll also learn how to create a decorative papercraft bow to give your finished gifts the perfect final touch.

30 minutes: Learn the Box and Bottle folds
60 minutes: Learn how to wrap a Box, Bottle and Book
Bring your own items to wrap, along with wrapping paper, scissors and tape
Practical, beginner-friendly and designed to leave you with wrapping techniques you can use again and again
Spooki-gami: Halloween Origami Workshop.
Bring a little spooky fun to your team with a live Halloween origami session. Fold a selection of creepy, cute and classic Halloween designs step by step, from spooky cats and ghosts to vampire fangs and pumpkins. Beginner-friendly, playful and perfect for a creative team break.
30 or 60-minute session
30 minutes: Learn 3 Halloween-inspired models
60 minutes: Learn up to 6 models, with additional designs depending on time
Simply use A4 or Letter-sized printer paper, or bring your own origami paper
Designs can include a Spooky Cat, Ghost, Vampire Fangs and Pumpkin, with more Halloween models where time allows
Christmas Origami Workshop.
Bring your team together for a festive folding session and learn how to create charming origami decorations, gifts and cards. Choose from a selection of Christmas or winter-inspired designs, making this a fun and inclusive activity for everyone, regardless of how they celebrate the season.

30 minutes: Learn 3 origami models
60 minutes: Learn 4 to 5 origami models

Festive designs can include Christmas trees, stockings, Santa, festive boxes and simple wreaths
Non-Christmas winter and seasonal designs can also be selected for a more inclusive approach

A team building event hosted on an online platform for remote or global teams where you will learn origami basics in order to create beautiful designs. Hosted by an origami artist, they will encourage your corporate team to either embrace their creative side or move out of their comfort zone to unwind away from work.

We send you origami kits in the post prior to the workshop so that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. Once it arrives through your letterbox, you can unpack the kit ready for the event. You can also choose to source your own material. On the day of the event you can click on the Zoom link provided by your organiser and let our artist welcome you to your event.

You will make your chosen design, some take 30 minutes whilst others take 60 minutes. We can suggest different options based on what you think will be the skill level of your team.

The art supplies will be sent to your corporate team via small kits that can be sent across the UK . However, as the kits contain relatively simple pieces of stationary to source, most of our clients tend to book the option where you source your own.

Our origami class is great for small or large groups as our origami artists set up on Zoom includes an overhead camera which makes it easy to watch her step by step method.
