Our happiness & wellbeing workshop is an engaging, evidence-based session that explores the science of positive psychology and provides practical strategies to improve wellbeing, resilience and everyday happiness. Combining scientific insight with practical exercises, participants leave feeling more connected, empowered and equipped with tools to support their own wellbeing.

How long is it?  The session runs for 60 minutes.

How is it hosted? The session is facilitated by an experienced wellbeing practitioner and is delivered in an engaging, interactive format. To keep participants engaged, we incorporate polls, group discussions, breakout rooms (where applicable) and Q&A opportunities throughout.

What does a typical session look like?

Our workshops follow a structured yet relaxed format designed to encourage reflection and participation. Inspired by the work of positive psychologist Dr Martin Seligman and the PERMA model, this workshop explores what happiness and wellbeing mean on an individual level and how small, intentional changes can have a lasting impact on our daily lives.

Participants can expect:

  • Interactive discussions and reflective exercises

With a practical, evidence-based approach, Sha delivers engaging wellbeing workshops, leadership sessions and coaching programmes that empower individuals to manage stress, build resilience and develop sustainable habits that support both wellbeing and performance.

Drawing on the principles of positive psychology alongside lessons from endurance sport, Sha creates psychologically safe, inclusive spaces where people feel comfortable to reflect, connect and learn.
