What is it? Does your team feel fragmented or in need of quality time together? You may have guessed it, this workshop is all about building connections. Through interactive group exercises, expert coaching and guided reflections, guests will come away with a deeper sense of personal clarity, enhanced communication, and overall wellbeing. Your coach Zavier practices of intuitive psychology and mindful meditiation.

How long is the experience? Choose either 60 or 90 minutes., or let us know if you’d like a longer more in-depth session over an afternoon.
How much is it? From £650 + VAT. Please enquire for a quote.
Where can it be hosted? This can be hosted in your office or a venue of your choice. All we will need is space for everyone to sit & a microphone if it is a large venue. No travel costs for London, events outside of London will incur an extra charge.

This is a unique opportunity to create a harmonious balance between personal growth and team cohesion, resulting in a more engaged and connected group.
All sessions have a socially conscious, evidence-based and creatively personalised approach, curated to be uniquely relevant and engaging to your team. Zavier shares learnings and stories from his own journey, as well as including creative expression and exercises for an impactful injection of energy. Every experience is completely focused on deepening connection to yourself and your team, unpacking this universally experienced topic of connection in a way that challenges and explores new perspectives. This is all about team and individual connection, through a creative, evidence and psychology-based experience that Zavier will facilitate.
Every experience includes interactive group activities, immersive exercises, expert coaching and creative facilitation to integrate the learnings and make it experiential. The depth of experience can be tailored - 60 or 90 minutes works well to cover all the topics, otherwise a half day or full day session can be explored for a fully immersive journey.
