What do these team building workshops entail?
Connection Workshop: ‘Knowing me, knowing you’
When people feel like they genuinely belong, magic happens. But we all know that being in a team is not the same as feeling like you’re part of the team. This session is designed to bring your team closer together. You’ll spend time learning about one another, building authentic connections, and understanding how to collaborate better as you work towards shared goals. This isn’t about matching your star signs, or sticking an acronym next to your name on an org chart. It’s about really getting to know the people you work with. You’ll have a good laugh along the way, and might be surprised at how much you didn’t know about the people sitting next to you.
Session takeaways
Discover what really matters to your team as you laugh and connect through fun team challenges.
Feel inspired, better connected and motivated.
Develop a stronger sense of trust that makes teamwork easier, smoother and more enjoyable.
Co-create a Team Playbook to move forward together.
Who it’s for
Teams who have experienced change or reorganisation.
Teams with new starters, or who have recently come together.
Teams looking to build trust and purpose as they take on new challenges.
Curiosity Workshop: ‘Building Curiosity’
This fun and engaging session offers a unique approach to team development by focusing on how to cultivate a culture of Curiosity as a competitive advantage. With rapidly changing technology and customer expectations, finding the right answer to challenges can sometimes feel impossible. It's easy to get lost in the noise, or simply keep doing things the way we’ve always done them. But what if the solution isn't more answers, but better questions? This is where Curiosity steps in as the competitive advantage we didn't know we needed. Backed by business research and behavioral science, we'll share the profound effect Curiosity has on how we solve problems. Participants will practice applying a repeatable framework to solve real world problems through a series of fun group challenges. Far from killing the cat, curiosity turned them into YouTube stars.
Session takeaways
Break old habits and discover new opportunities.
Put theory into practice through interactive challenges.
Come away with fresh perspectives, energy and focus.
Who it’s for
Teams looking to break out of old habits and drive innovation.
Teams who are often involved in problem solving.
Teams who have an impact on business strategy.
Creativity Workshop: ‘I Wish I Was More Creative’
Creativity isn’t reserved for the arts, gaming or designers. It's about problem- solving, identifying new opportunities, increasing efficiency, adapting to change and fostering innovation. 80% of Fortune 500 CEOs believe that creativity has become a critical skill for innovation and commercial growth. And yet in the UK, only 25% of employees feel they’re living up to their creative potential. Relying on old habits can leave us feeling stuck and unchallenged. From a business perspective, this lack of innovation leads to falling behind a rapidly evolving market. This fun and inspiring team building session is the antidote to a creative rut. It isn’t just about wishing for more creativity; it's about actively building it. Attendees will leave feeling ready to tap into their creative potential by shifting mindsets and offering practical tools to tackle real-world challenges head-on.

Their approach blends practical creativity with behavioural insight. Both have spent years working inside fast-paced organisations, giving them a grounded understanding of how teams think, communicate and collaborate under real pressure. They specialise in designing experiences that shift mindsets, strengthen relationships and make work feel more meaningful.
