Tracy is a highly qualified and accredited sleep therapist, recognised by the prestigious Society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine (SBSM). Her practice is firmly rooted in evidence-based approaches, empowering adults to rediscover their innate capacity for healthy sleep.

Holding a degree in Psychology, Tracy possesses a robust understanding of the psychological underpinnings of sleep. She is extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, widely considered the gold-standard treatment for chronic insomnia.

Furthermore, Tracy integrates complementary and effective modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to address the multifaceted nature of sleep difficulties.
