What are they? We have a range of seminars which are focused around personal and professional self development. They teach career skills tailored to the lived experience of underrepresented employees. Choose a topic from our range and learn about the history behind the topic, about what it means and how to help yourself and others implement these learnings into your everyday lives.

How long are they? These seminars are 60 minutes.

How much is it? From £950 + VAT

How is it hosted? Hosted by our inclusion consultants, they have a diverse range of professional experiences and have all been trained in delivering these workshops. Dependant on group numbers, the seminar will vary in interactivity and group discussion.

    • Review the purpose and value of personal branding and reflect on one’s unique strengths and experiences as a thought leader.

    • Designing a content plan to further build on one’s personal brand online.

Your consultants.

Our group of consultants are all from an existing community of underrepresented professionals and they are put through rigorous training and shadowing before they lead a workshop on their own.  Our consultants have diverse professional experiences. They are: software engineers, customer success managers, product designers, UX researchers, actors, podcasters, musicians, dancers… all with one thing in common: a passion for inclusion driven by their own lived experience of marginalisation. The workshops are a great way to openly discuss important topics that arise not only in our day to day lives but at work. Therefore these seminars are here to break the barriers of these conversations and kickstart change.
