Office Olympics.

Compete for a podium place in this team building sporting challenge.

What is it? Get your trainers on and get ready for a team building activity inspired by the Paris Olympics 2024. Take part in a series of sports and races including hurdles, javelin, volleyball and more!

How is it hosted? It will be hosted by your Gamesmaster! They will organise your teams and adjudicate the games. You’ll need to be split across either 4, 8, 12 or 16 teams, each team should be made up of 5-10 players.

How much is it? £1,750 + VAT for 20 to 25 Pax. £30pp + VAT thereafter. Travel costs will apply.

How long is it? The event is 1-2.5 hours long depending on the group size.

Location? The event will come to you! You will need a large outdoor space with space to move around, plus access to power.

What games will you play?

At the beginning of the games, you’ll be split into teams and designated a country to proudly represent with colourful bibs and your country’s flag. The team will get the music pumping and you’ll take part in a fun warm up before the athletics games start, where the teams will compete in a series of games, these may include:

  • Team relay

  • Hurdles

  • Javelin

  • Skipping

  • Horse-racing

  • Hockey

  • Tennis

  • Sumo suit wrestling

  • Skiing

Once teams have completed the athletics challenges, each country will enter a tournament of 5 minute Football and Volleyball matches.

To conclude the games, there will be a medals presentation, with awards going to Bronze, Silver and Gold!

 Venue Requirements.

  • We will need a large outdoor space with access to power.

  • We will need approximately 25m x 25m, access to power and the surface must be suitable for a sporting activity with no obstacles or uneven ground that could cause injury.

  • The pitch hired must be either grass, Astro, 3G/4G or all weather multipurpose. All inflatables can only be used on grass as it needs to be sufficiently staked down. We regret that any bookings on astroturf, tarmac, etc will not be able to use our inflatable equipment.

  • If you are playing indoors this must be a sports hall and we will need clearance from the sports centre to use the facility (only recommended for small groups).

  • We can travel to you anywhere in the UK.
