What is it? Bring personalised embroidery to life at your event with our bespoke live embroidery experience. Guests can watch their garments being embroidered in real time, creating a memorable and interactive moment they can take home with them.
How long is it? The event can be booked for half day or full day.
How is it hosted? We bring and set up our professional embroidery machine on-site and run the experience throughout your event with a trained operator. Guests choose a design or monogram (or this can be pre-determined) and watch their item being embroidered live.
How much is it? Base charge of £500 + VAT for half day and £600 + VAT for full day. Travel charges and insurance costs apply.
Where can this be hosted? This is a mobile experience and can be hosted at a venue of your choice.
What does live embroidery entail?
Our Live Embroidery Machine Hire service brings professional embroidery directly to your event.
We set up a high-quality embroidery machine on site, operated by a trained professional who creates personalised embroidery for your guests throughout the event. Guests can choose from pre-approved designs, brand logos, or monograms and watch their items being embroidered live.
We provide a selection of 10 fonts to choose from for text embroidery. Custom designs or brand logos can also be embroidered if they are sent to us in advance. These designs require digitisation, which is available for an additional fee. We can also customise thread colours to suit your brand or event aesthetic. If you would like specific colours, we ask that these are requested in advance so they can be ordered before the event. Embroidery can be applied to most fabric materials, such as tote bags, garments, and accessories. The only exceptions are shoes and caps, which require specialised machines.

We require a sturdy table and power socket for our setup.

We bring everything needed to run the live embroidery experience at your event. This includes our professional embroidery machine, embroidery threads in selected colours, and all the tools required to operate the machine on-site.
We also bring display stands and signage, which can be customised to suit your event or brand. A trained embroidery operator will be present throughout the event to run the machine and assist guests with their personalisation choices.

We require 1.5 - 2 hour to set up and pack down.

No, but there is a limit to how many embroideries can be done in one day. The amount varies depending on what you want to embroider.

Our embroidery machine can embroider on most materials such as t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, tote bags, uniforms, and many other fabric items. Please note that we currently do not embroider caps or shoes. Clients are welcome to bring their own items to be embroidered. Alternatively, we can provide the products for you if arranged in advance, which will be subject to prior notice and an additional charge.
