How long are they? 60-90 minutes.
How are they hosted? A professional facilitator will guide your team through the experience from start to finish, explaining the challenge, encouraging collaboration and keeping energy levels high throughout. Once complete, teams have the opportunity to celebrate their achievements before the donated items are prepared for delivery to the chosen charity or community organisation.
Where can these be hosted? This experience can be hosted at your office or a venue of your choice.

Foodbank Grand Prix.
Bridge the Gap is a creative and collaborative CSR challenge that combines problem-solving, teamwork and social impact. Participants work in teams to design and build sections of a race track using donatable food items, cardboard, and recyclable materials. Each section incorporates unique features such as bridges, bends, and obstacles, requiring teams to collaborate and connect their creations into one continuous course.
The challenge culminates with teams navigating a remote-controlled car around the completed track, testing both the design and teamwork involved in its construction. Once the activity is complete, all food items used within the challenge are donated to a food bank, ensuring the event leaves a lasting positive impact within the community.
Price: £1,650 + VAT for up to 20 people and then £30pp thereafter.

Community Food Drive Challenge.
The Community Food Drive Challenge provides teams with the opportunity to give back while working together on a practical and rewarding project. Participants are provided with a variety of essential and seemingly random food items and tasked with creating carefully considered family food packages and meal plans.
Teams can also develop simple recipe ideas and meal suggestions to accompany the packages, helping recipients make the most of the ingredients provided. Once completed, the food parcels are donated to local charities and food banks, delivering immediate support to families and individuals in need.
Price: £65pp + VAT with a minimum spend of £975 + VAT.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Grow & Thrive Kit Build.
Grow & Thrive is a purpose-driven workshop focused on wellbeing, education, and sustainability. Teams work together to create DIY ‘Learn to Grow’ kits containing seeds, planting materials, and easy-to-follow guidance designed to encourage people to develop new skills and reconnect with nature.
These kits are donated to organisations supporting individuals who are rebuilding confidence, returning to employment or seeking opportunities to improve their wellbeing. By providing accessible and engaging resources, participants help empower others through learning, self-sufficiency and positive mental wellbeing.
Price: £65pp + VAT with a minimum spend of £975 + VAT.
Duration: 90 minutes.
Christmas: Operation Tree Drop.
Operation Christmas Tree is a hands-on, feel-good creative workshop that blends crafting, sustainability, and community giving. Participants will design and make their own eco-friendly Christmas decorations, paint festive plant pots, then use their creations to decorate a real, potted 3ft Christmas tree.
Each decorated tree is then donated to a local charitable cause to share some festive joy with those who may need it most. This workshop combines team bonding with purpose, offering participants a chance to relax, connect, and give back while creating something truly meaningful.
Price: £55pp + VAT with a minimum spend of £825 + VAT.
