In this session we explore how different people experience communication, interpret situations and respond in different ways. Participants will reflect on their own communication habits and the assumptions we make about others. Through practical tools participants will learn how adapting their approach can help build stronger connections, improve collaboration and increase impact.

In this session we explore the different ways people influence at work and what helps ideas, messages and conversations land well with others. Participants will reflect on their own influencing style and explore practical ways to build credibility, strengthen relationships and communicate with greater impact.

Having Difficult Conversations with Confidence.
In this session we explore why difficult conversations can feel uncomfortable and what often gets in the way of addressing things openly and honestly. Participants will reflect on their own approach to challenge and explore practical tools to help them prepare for important conversations with greater clarity, empathy and confidence, while maintaining trust and constructive working relationships.
Duration: 2 hours, half-day and full-day sessions available.
