What is it? A more elevated and social take on traditional candle making. Guests are guided through the candle-making process before creating their own cocktail-inspired candle, combining fragrance, creativity and a little indulgence. Depending on the package selected, guests can either blend their own signature fragrance from a collection of up to 30 scents or choose one fragrance from a curated selection of cocktail-inspired options. The experience is designed to feel more like a social occasion than a traditional workshop, making it particularly suited to celebrations, team-building, corporate events and private groups.
How long is it? The Cocktail Candle-Making Experience takes approximately 2–2.5 hours.
How is it hosted? The experience is delivered as a fully guided, hands-on workshop, with guests working through each stage of the candle-making process with guidance from the expert host team.

Where can this be hosted? This experience can be hosted at your office or a venue of your choice. We will require tables, chairs, access to at least one plug socket and a small additional table for workshop equipment.
You also have the option to host the experience at our Liverpool Street studio, which can accommodate up to 100 guests across multiple rooms.

Create a completely personalised cocktail candle from beginning to end. Guests have creative control over the look, feel and fragrance of their finished candle, making this the perfect option for groups looking for a more bespoke and immersive experience.

Recreate
Recreate keeps all the fun and creativity of the cocktail candle-making experience while simplifying the fragrance process for a more accessible price point.
Guests still create, colour, decorate and package their own cocktail-style candle. The main difference is that, instead of blending their own signature fragrance, they choose one scent from a curated selection provided on the day. Options could include cocktail-inspired scents such as Espresso Martini or Lemon Drop.
This is a great option for groups looking for a hands-on and personalised experience at a lower price point, without compromising on the creative element.
Price: £70pp + VAT. Minimum spend of £560 + VAT.
A streamlined candle-making experience
What does cocktail candle making include?
Everything guests need for the workshop is provided, including candle-making equipment, materials, ingredients, aprons and table protection. Guests simply need to bring themselves.
During the experience, guests create their own cocktail-inspired candle, choosing its colour, fragrance and decorative details. Depending on the package selected, they can either blend their own signature scent or choose from a curated selection of cocktail-inspired fragrances. While waiting for the candles to dry, guests can also decorate their candle box using acrylic pens before packaging their finished creation. At the end of the experience, guests can take their finished candles home with them.

Designed around your event.
The experience can be adapted to suit your event, from a specific colour palette or theme to a curated fragrance selection. Bespoke fragrance concepts, additional materials, creative elements and other event-specific requirements can also be discussed in advance.
For the Create Your Own experience, guests design their candles from scratch rather than choosing from a selection of pre-designed candles. For Recreate, the creative process remains the same, with a more streamlined selection of fragrances.

For mobile workshops, the venue needs to provide tables, chairs, access to at least one plug socket and a small additional table for equipment and materials. We provide the remaining workshop equipment, materials, aprons and table protection.

We provide all necessary candle-making equipment, materials, ingredients, table protection and aprons for guests. Guests simply need to bring themselves.
If a client would like additional elements, bespoke materials, products or other items incorporated into the experience, this can be discussed and arranged in advance.

We require approximately 60–90 minutes for setup, depending on the number of guests, room size and event requirements.
Pack-down generally takes approximately half the setup time.

The minimum group size is 8 guests and the standard maximum is 100 guests. Larger groups may be possible depending on the venue, format and event requirements.

Yes. Guests can typically take their finished candles home at the end of the experience. If preferred, candles can be left in a safe, designated area at the venue for later collection.

Yes. Bespoke themes, colour palettes, fragrance selections, materials and additional creative elements can be discussed ahead of the event.

Yes. Guests can decorate their own candle box using Acrylic/Posca Pens and package their finished candle to take home.
