How is it hosted? The sessions explore topics such as trust, inclusion, belonging and team culture. Building trust within teams.
In this session we explore what trust really looks like within teams and the everyday behaviours that help build or damage it over time. Participants will reflect on their own experiences of trust at work and explore practical ways to strengthen openness, reliability and connection within their teams.
Duration: 2 hours, half-day and full-day sessions available.
In-person: 2 hours - £1,800 + VAT.
Virtual: 2 hours - £1,500 + VAT.

Creating belonging in teams.
In this session we explore what helps people feel included, valued and able to be themselves at work. Participants will reflect on the role leaders and colleagues play in shaping team culture and explore practical ways to create environments where people feel a stronger sense of belonging.
Duration: 60 minutes, 2 hours and half-day sessions available.
In-person: 60 minutes - £1,100 + VAT. 2 hours - £1,800 + VAT.
Virtual: 60 minutes - £750 + VAT. 2 hours - £1,500 + VAT.
