What is it? Add a personalised touch to your event with our Apparel & Accessory Customisation Station. An interactive, drop-in experience where guests can have an item customised using premium heat transfer vinyl. These items can be provided or sourced by us. Examples include key rings, t-shirts, tote-bags, leather tags and more.
How is it hosted? This is a fully managed, drop-in activation designed to fit seamlessly into your event. Guests can visit the station at their convenience, choose their item and design, and watch as it’s professionally customised in front of them. Our experienced team handles the full process, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience while maintaining a high-quality finish on every piece.
How much is it? £775 + VAT for up to 20 people then £17.50pp + VAT thereafter.
Where can this be hosted? It is a fully mobile experience and can be hosted at any venue of your choice.
What does the customisation station entail?
Blending creativity with personalisation, this station turns everyday items into branded or meaningful keepsakes. It’s an engaging way to connect guests to your event or brand with something tangible to take away.
Upon arrival, guests select an item and get it customised using a curated range of colours, fonts, or pre-designed graphics (or branded elements, if provided). Clients can choose to either provide their own apparel or accessories for customisation, or have us source items on their behalf. If items are supplied by the client, we’ll carry out a suitability check in advance to ensure all materials are compatible with heat application and will achieve a high-quality finish.
